I received a package from AmiAmi yesterday, and decided to do a quick photoshoot of these gems contained inside.
Marisa's surprisingly everything I expected from a quality Touhou figure and more. So glad I shelled out cash for this. It took a bit of carving here and there to make sure everything fits correctly, but the outer quality really took my breath away.
It's now sitting in my display, on the same level as my desk, covering up Saber Lily (hey!).
Someone really needs to learn that being obviously pink isn't always the best thing. The colour they had for the hair on their preview picture was infinitely better than what they settled with in my opinion. This colour is so obnoxiously pink. It's better out of light, at least.
The figure isn't attached to the base at all, which is nice. The sword is completely freeform floating, which is even better. I have a feeling that anytime I get anything with a slender anything on it's going to first go to Seena before anything else.
To demonstrate:
Gah! It seems so natural!
