Figure database changes

Hi everyone!

We've got a much awaited update this time. Very wow. So figure database keeper.

When on a figure page you can now view the changes that have not yet been accepted by a moderator! The not yet checked fields are displayed with a different background color. I hope this is easy to use since it looks a bit off *_*
